BODYWORK — TRAUMA-SENSITIVE OSTEOPATHY & REGULATION

Returning to balance, strength, and clarity

Many horses carry old tension, shock patterns, or physical imbalances they can no longer resolve on their own. They may become stiff, reactive, resistant, restless, or lose their joy of movement. Others withdraw, appear fatigued, blocked, or “unreachable.” This is where my trauma-sensitive bodywork begins. I work where body, nervous system, and energetic system come together, offering the horse the opportunity to reorganize, rediscover movement, find safety, and return to regulation.

What becomes possible in treatment

harmonization of shock patterns held within the tissue

Light kinesiology through biophoton therapy

Functional movement therapy

A school of healthy movement for horses

Many horses do not move in the way their bodies are actually capable of.

Uneven muscle development, asymmetries, stiff movement, stumbling, or a lack of balance are often signs that the body is out of alignment — physically, neurologically, or through patterns shaped by the past. When horses learn to sense their bodies again, carry themselves with safety, and move in balance, everything begins to change:

Expression. Ease. Joy. Stability. And the connection with their human. This is where functional movement therapy begins.

How it works:

We begin on the ground — without a rider. Your horse relearns how to initiate movement correctly, find balance within the body, and return to healthy biomechanical function.

The focus is on:

Once your horse has understood the foundations, it is your turn. I guide you step by step in 1:1 coaching so you can train your horse in a way that is both health-supportive and stable. Based on experience, this process usually takes around 3–4 months (with two sessions per week), supported by small, individual exercises for you to practice at home.

Fee: 60€ per Session

Suitable for all horses — including horses who cannot be ridden.

Hoof trimming

Based on Natural Hoof Care & F-Balance

I work functionally, with sensitivity and attention to detail, always tailored to your horse’s posture, movement, and overall physical condition.

This service is suitable if your horse:

moves sensitively
shows cracks, grooves, or unclear hoof conditions
has asymmetries or conformational issues
repeatedly develops thrush or unstable hoof structures
shows lameness with no clearly identifiable cause

Fee:

HOOF COACHING — LEARNING HEALTHY HOOF CARE

If you would like to take responsibility yourself, I guide you step by step. We usually meet at intervals of around 4 weeks. In the beginning, I still trim the hooves myself and gently introduce you to technique and handling.

With each session, you take on more — until you feel confident and are able to maintain your horse’s hooves in a healthy way independently. From experience, this process takes around one year, sometimes less, sometimes more.

FEEDING & HOOVES — A KEY CONNECTION

Many hoof issues are directly linked to metabolism, digestion, and nutrition. If you suspect this may be a factor for your horse, we take a close look at feeding and hooves together — creating a stable, healthy foundation.

Natural Feeding – For a Strong Metabolism & Inner Balance

Health begins in the feed bucket

Many physical issues in horses originate in a metabolism that has fallen out of balance. Energy, weight, digestion, skin, immune system, hooves, muscles — none of these stand alone. Horses can compensate for a long time. Often far too long. And then comes the moment when the body can no longer keep up — because something is missing, something is excessive, or the system has been stuck in imbalance for too long.

Natural feeding means a return to clarity, simplicity, and genuine strengthening from within.

Individual, transparent, and nature-oriented — aligned with your horse, their history, and their needs.

ANALYSIS & INITIAL CONSULTATION

We begin with a clear view of what your horse truly needs — physically, energetically, and in alignment with the rhythms of the seasons. This includes:

a comprehensive analysis of current feeding, living conditions, and all known symptoms
the review of existing diagnostics such as blood work or hay analyses
an individually tailored feeding plan to support the body and metabolism
a personal 1:1 conversation to clarify, organize, and define the path forward

HOW IT WORKS

This is how the consultation unfolds:

1. Preparatory Materials You will receive a questionnaire along with a request for photos, videos, and any existing diagnostic results related to your horse. This allows me to gain a complete picture of feeding, living conditions, and the current situation.

2. Review & Preparation I review all materials, identify relevant patterns, and prepare the feeding plan individually.

3. Individual Feeding Plan You receive a clear, practical plan tailored to metabolism, season, and your horse’s specific needs.

4. 1:1 Video Call Consultation We address all open questions, explore connections, and define the next steps together.

Fee:

240€ per horse / 180€ when integrated into holistic work

Discounts available for multiple horses. Also available for dogs.

Therapeutic Feeding Guidance - in the Horse’s Natural Rhythm

Healing does not happen in a single day. The metabolism moves slowly – and needs guidance, observation, and adjustment. To prevent your horse from falling back into old patterns, I support you over an extended period of time. Together, we observe development, changes, and what your horse truly needs in order to regain and maintain stability.

This long-term feeding guidance includes:

regular consultations every 6–8 weeks
continuous adjustment of the feeding plan based on development and seasonal changes
support with herbs, colloids, or other remedies when appropriate
guidance during acute phases, with timely feedback when questions arise
the opportunity for you to develop a deeper understanding of how to guide your horse through the year in a healthy and sustainable way

My goal is always the same: that you gain confidence, that you understand what truly matters, and that one day, you are able to continue without my support.

REMOTE ENERGY WORK – DEEP CLARITY BEYOND PHYSICAL CONTACT

When patterns become visible before the body reacts

There are issues that cannot be resolved through movement or physical touch. They lie deeper – within the subtle layers of emotions, the nervous system, and energetic signature. Remote Energy Work allows for precise clarification exactly where something is holding, blocking, or operating beneath the surface. It is especially effective for horses who respond sensitively, carry old patterns, or repeatedly return to the same underlying themes.

I read your horse’s energy system from a distance and clearly recognize what is essential in this moment:
