BODYWORK — TRAUMA-SENSITIVE OSTEOPATHY & REGULATION

Returning to balance, strength, and clarity

Viele Pferde tragen alte Spannungen, Schockmuster oder körperliche Ungleichgewichte in sich, die sie nicht mehr selbst lösen können. Sie werden steif, fühlig, unwillig, hektisch oder verlieren die Freude an der Bewegung. Andere ziehen sich zurück, wirken müde, blockiert oder „nicht erreichbar“. Hier setzt meine traumasensitive Körperarbeit an. Ich arbeite dort, wo Körper, Nervensystem und Energiesystem zusammenwirken und wo ein Pferd wieder die Möglichkeit bekommt, sich neu zu organisieren, Bewegung zu spüren, Sicherheit zu finden und in die Regulation zurückzukehren.

Functional movement therapy

A school of healthy movement for horses

Many horses do not move in the way their bodies are actually capable of.

Ungleichmäßige Bemuskelung, Schiefen, steife Bewegungen, Stolpern oder fehlende Balance sind oft Zeichen dafür, dass der Körper nicht im Gleichgewicht ist, körperlich, nervlich oder durch falsche Muster aus der Vergangenheit. Wenn Pferde lernen, ihren Körper wieder bewusst zu spüren, sich sicher zu tragen und in Balance zu bewegen, verändert sich alles:

Ausdruck, Leichtigkeit, Freude, Stabilität und die Verbindung zum Menschen. Hier setzt die Bewegungsschule an.

How it works:

Wir beginnen am Boden, ohne Reiter. Dein Pferd lernt wieder, Bewegungen korrekt anzulegen, seinen Körper auszubalancieren und in eine gesunde biomechanische Funktion zu kommen.

The focus is on:

Once your horse has understood the foundations, it is your turn. I guide you step by step in 1:1 coaching so you can train your horse in a way that is both health-supportive and stable. Based on experience, this process usually takes around 3–4 months (with two sessions per week), supported by small, individual exercises for you to practice at home.

Fee: 60€ per Session

Suitable for all horses — including horses who cannot be ridden.

Hoof trimming

Based on Natural Hoof Care & F-Balance

Ich arbeite funktional, feinfühlig und individuell, abgestimmt auf Statik, Bewegung und die körperliche Situation deines Pferdes.

This service is suitable if your horse:

moves sensitively
shows cracks, grooves, or unclear hoof conditions
has asymmetries or conformational issues
repeatedly develops thrush or unstable hoof structures
shows lameness with no clearly identifiable cause

HOOF COACHING — LEARNING HEALTHY HOOF CARE

If you would like to take responsibility yourself, I guide you step by step. We usually meet at intervals of around 4 weeks. In the beginning, I still trim the hooves myself and gently introduce you to technique and handling.

Mit jeder Einheit übernimmst du mehr, bis du sicher wirst und die Hufe deines Pferdes eigenständig gesund halten kannst. Erfahrungsgemäß dauert dieser Prozess etwa ein Jahr, manchmal kürzer, manchmal länger.

FEEDING & HOOVES — A KEY CONNECTION

Viele Hufprobleme stehen in direktem Zusammenhang mit Stoffwechsel, Verdauung und Ernährung. Wenn du vermutest, dass dies bei deinem Pferd eine Rolle spielt, schauen wir Fütterung und Hufe gemeinsam an, für eine stabile, gesunde Basis.

Viele körperliche Themen bei Pferden haben ihren Ursprung in einem Stoffwechsel, der aus dem Gleichgewicht geraten ist: Energie, Gewicht, Verdauung, Haut, Immunsystem, Hufe, Muskeln, nichts davon steht für sich allein. Pferde können lange kompensieren. Oft viel zu lange. Und dann kommt der Moment, an dem der Körper nicht mehr mitmacht, weil etwas fehlt, weil etwas zu viel ist oder weil das System schon lange im Stillstand festhängt.

ANALYSIS & INITIAL CONSULTATION

Wir beginnen mit einem klaren Blick auf das, was dein Pferd wirklich braucht, körperlich, energetisch und im Rhythmus der Jahreszeiten. Diese beinhaltet:

a comprehensive analysis of current feeding, living conditions, and all known symptoms
the review of existing diagnostics such as blood work or hay analyses
an individually tailored feeding plan to support the body and metabolism
a personal 1:1 conversation to clarify, organize, and define the path forward

HOW IT WORKS

This is how the consultation unfolds:

1. Preparatory Materials You will receive a questionnaire along with a request for photos, videos, and any existing diagnostic results related to your horse. This allows me to gain a complete picture of feeding, living conditions, and the current situation.

2. Review & Preparation I review all materials, identify relevant patterns, and prepare the feeding plan individually.

3. Individual Feeding Plan You receive a clear, practical plan tailored to metabolism, season, and your horse’s specific needs.

4. 1:1 Video Call Consultation We address all open questions, explore connections, and define the next steps together.

Fee:

240€ per horse / 180€ when integrated into holistic work

Therapeutic Feeding Guidance - in the Horse’s Natural Rhythm

Heilung passiert nicht an einem Tag. Der Stoffwechsel bewegt sich langsam und braucht Begleitung, Beobachtung und Anpassung. Damit dein Pferd nicht wieder in alte Muster fällt, begleite ich dich über die Jahreszeiten hinweg. Wir schauen gemeinsam auf Entwicklung, Veränderungen und das, was dein Pferd wirklich braucht, um stabil zu bleiben.

This long-term feeding guidance includes:

regular consultations every 6–8 weeks
continuous adjustment of the feeding plan based on development and seasonal changes
support with herbs, colloids, or other remedies when appropriate
Begleitung in akuten Phasen und schnelle Rückmeldung bei Fragen
the opportunity for you to develop a deeper understanding of how to guide your horse through the year in a healthy and sustainable way
